How many rotations will I get on the Proto J197 safety wire pliers?

The Proto J097safety wire pliers get 2 1/2 rotations for each pull on the knob.
Safety wire is used on machines that vibrate a lot, and hold bolts or nuts from vibrating loose. you loop the wire through the hole in the nut or bolt, then bring that end to match the other end. Clamp both ends into the safety wire pliers, and pull the knob at the opposite end to twist the 2 wires together. This end is then twisted on to another bolt, or a metal hook riveted to the machine.
